All quotations provided by Westmorland Roofing are based on the information available at the time of assessment. They are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are non-binding until formally accepted in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be detailed in your contract or quotation. Typically:

• A deposit may be required before work commences.

• The balance is due upon completion or as agreed in your contract.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other methods agreed in advance.

4. Site Access and Safety

Customers must provide safe access to the property and roofing area. Westmorland Roofing reserves the right to postpone work if the site is unsafe. All work will comply with health and safety regulations, and our team is fully insured for your peace of mind.

5. Materials

We use high-quality roofing materials appropriate to your property and agreed upon in the contract. Any changes to materials requested by the customer may affect costs and timelines.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

All workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified in your contract. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship guarantee. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, vandalism, or improper maintenance.

7. Liability

Westmorland Roofing is fully insured for all work carried out. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damage to contents inside your property. We will, however, take all reasonable precautions to prevent any damage during roofing works.

8. Cancellations and Postponements

• Customers may cancel or postpone work by notifying us in writing.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already commenced or materials have been ordered.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to safety, weather, or other operational reasons.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We aim to provide a friendly, professional service at all times. Any complaints should be made in writing to Westmorland Roofing, and we will respond promptly to resolve the issue. Disputes not resolved amicably may be referred to an independent mediator.
